Levels prints IC5 around $400k and the median at $388k. If you are IC4 on that seat, say so. The band is only useful if the level is honest.

IC5 in NYC was $205k base and the rest was COIN. The $388k median feels right if the sample is senior-heavy.

Senior-heavy is being kind. The public Levels dump is IC5 and staff. IC3 should ignore that chart.

Remote IC4 offers I saw in 2026 were closer to $260k TC. Do not use the median if you are not IC5.
