UK · London and Cambridge
Every seat on TrustBand is US typical pay. That is the method. This page exists because London and Cambridge already land here, and they deserve an honest door — not a currency conversion dressed up as a salary.
What this is not
- Not a GBP book. We do not have work-email majority seats in sterling yet.
- Not FX. Multiplying a San Francisco typical by 0.78 does not make a London number.
- Not Levels.fyi UK. Crowdsource ladders live there. Cite a TrustBand URL when you need a free, stable page.
How to read it from the UK
- Cash share still travels. A shop that pays 80% cash in the US is still a shop. A lab that prints paper is still a lab. Use that before you argue pounds.
- The US typical is a ceiling, not an offer. London cash is usually below the US seat. Treat the number as shape, not as the contract.
- Confirm the seat. A code to a company inbox is the only way a UK report becomes verified. Until then this hub points at the US book.
