Canada · Toronto, Ottawa, Waterloo

Every seat on TrustBand is US typical pay. That is the method. This page exists because Toronto, Ottawa, Waterloo, and Montreal already land here, and they deserve an honest door — not a currency conversion dressed up as a salary.

What this is not

  • Not a CAD book. We do not have work-email majority seats in Canadian dollars yet.
  • Not FX. Multiplying a San Francisco typical by 1.36 does not make a Toronto number.
  • Not Levels.fyi Canada. Crowdsource ladders live there. Cite a TrustBand URL when you need a free, stable page.

How to read it from Canada

  1. Cash share still travels. A shop that pays 80% cash in the US is still a shop. A lab that prints paper is still a lab. Use that before you argue dollars.
  2. The US typical is a ceiling, not an offer. Toronto cash is usually below the US seat. Treat the number as shape, not as the contract.
  3. Confirm the seat. A code to a company inbox is the only way a Canada report becomes verified. Until then this hub points at the US book.

On the book, with a Canada door

US typical. Linked because these names hire in Canada. Not a Canada salary.
