Australia · Sydney

Every seat on TrustBand is US typical pay. That is the method. This page exists because Sydney already lands here, and it deserves an honest door — not a currency conversion dressed up as a salary.

What this is not

  • Not an AUD book. We do not have work-email majority seats in Australian dollars yet.
  • Not FX. Multiplying a San Francisco typical by an exchange rate does not make a Sydney number.
  • Not Levels.fyi Australia. Crowdsource ladders live there. Cite a TrustBand URL when you need a free, stable page.

How to read it from Australia

  1. Cash share still travels. A shop that pays 80% cash in the US is still a shop. A lab that prints paper is still a lab. Use that before you argue dollars.
  2. The US typical is a ceiling, not an offer. Sydney cash is usually below the US seat. Treat the number as shape, not as the contract.
  3. Confirm the seat. A code to a company inbox is the only way an Australia report becomes verified. Until then this hub points at the US book.

On the book, with a Sydney door

US typical. Linked because these names hire in Sydney. Not an Australia salary. Atlassian and Canva are Sydney companies. They are not on this book yet.

Sit in Sydney? Confirm a seat. Work-email first. Then this page can grow an AUD column.
