Germany · Munich and Berlin
Every seat on TrustBand is US typical pay. That is the method. This page exists because Germany already lands here, and it deserves an honest door — not a currency conversion dressed up as a salary.
What this is not
- Not a EUR book. We do not have work-email majority seats in euros yet.
- Not FX. Multiplying a San Francisco typical by an exchange rate does not make a Munich number.
- Not Levels.fyi Germany. Crowdsource ladders live there. Cite a TrustBand URL when you need a free, stable page.
How to read it from Germany
- Cash share still travels. A shop that pays 80% cash in the US is still a shop. A lab that prints paper is still a lab. Use that before you argue euros.
- The US typical is a ceiling, not an offer. Munich and Berlin cash are usually below the US seat. Treat the number as shape, not as the contract.
- Confirm the seat. A code to a company inbox is the only way a Germany report becomes verified. Until then this hub points at the US book.
On the book, with a Germany door
US typical. Linked because these names hire in Munich or Berlin. Not a Germany salary. SAP is a Germany company. It is not on this book yet.
Sit in Munich or Berlin? Confirm a seat. Work-email first. Then this page can grow a EUR column.
